Highlighters come in the form of powders and creams, luminizers are produced mainly in the form of sticks. However, this division is absolutely arbitrary - the form can be any - from creamy to powdery. The shades of these products also come in different shades - from translucent pearlescent to shining golden and pink.

These products cannot be classified as corrective; on the contrary, if there are skin problems, such as enlarged pores or acne marks, it is better to refrain from using highlighters and luminizers. All these means do not hide, but, on the contrary, emphasize such defects. But highlighters perfectly disguise small wrinkles. Therefore, they are often applied to the nasolabial fold and area around the eyes. In general, makeup artists say that the best way to give your skin freshness is to add radiance. To do this, you need to correctly place accents and apply highlighter or luminizer to the bridge of the nose, the beginning of the cheekbone, along the contour of the upper lip and the inner corner of the eye.

You can increase the volume of your lips using a highlighter by applying it along the contour of your lips.
Light pearlescent shadows applied to the upper eyelid can visually enlarge the eyes. You can use a highlighter for the same purposes.
A liquid highlighter or base with reflective particles is necessary to give tired skin a glow at the moment. Apply the product with a brush.
