More than twenty years ago, the CROMA company began producing hyaluronic acid preparations for world-famous cosmetic brands.
In 2007, it was decided to develop our own line of new generation fillers, which was named Princess and already in 2009 won the “Brand of the Year” nomination in Monaco .
CROMA specialists have developed and patented SMART technology (Supreme Monophasic And Reticulated Technology).

What unpleasant consequences could there be?
In general, serious complications are unusual for this drug. They don't appear that often. For the most part, clients report minor swelling, mild inflammation, and some pain. All these symptoms do not require outside intervention and disappear in about three days.
Unfortunately, sometimes specialists do not have the proper qualifications, and then the consequences are more serious: bruises or bumps form, localized in the place where the needle entered. The reason for this phenomenon is that if the needle is placed too deep, the vessels and nerve bundles are injured. And if the drug is not injected deeply enough, bumps or bumps appear. It is worth saying that the latter is a consequence:
- movement of the drug within tissue structures;
- inflammation in the area where the needle entered;
- the formation of bruises due to injured vessels;
- the presence of a cyst in the tissues.

Note! If the bumps are a consequence of the correct procedure, then you can feel them when you touch them, but visually they are completely invisible!
The remaining tubercles are corrected by introducing a special enzyme that provokes the breakdown of hyaluronate. Subsequently, Princess Volume is removed from the treated area. If negative consequences occur due to an infection introduced into the body, this does not mean anything good for the treatment area. You will have to use steroid injections so that the immune system is not so active and the scars resolve.

Contraindications

Contains HA in a maximum concentration close to physiological - 23 mg/ml.
Replenishes small amounts of tissue. Injected into the superficial and middle dermal layers. Used to model the facial frame, as well as to correct: • nasolabial folds; • wrinkles around the eyes and in the corners of the lips; • skin of the hands and the front of the neck.
The drug retains its effect for at least six months.
The price of 1 ml, which corresponds to the volume of one syringe , ranges from 9 to 15 thousand rubles.
PRINCESS®Volume
The concentration of HA in the drug is 23 mg/ml. More dense compared to PRINCESS®Filler. Used for volumetric contouring. Replenishes large volumes of tissue, evens out the relief and restores facial contours.
Injected into the middle and deep layers for the purpose of:
• restoration of volume and contour of the cheeks, chin, lips, • reduction of deep nasolabial folds, • correction of scars and irregularities.
Eliminates acne in case of oily or combination skin. Combined use with PRINCESS®Filler allows you to restore lost volumes of facial tissue in older patients.
The effect lasts from 8 to 12 months.
The cost of administering one syringe with a volume of 1 ml ranges from 10 to 15 thousand rubles. This amount is enough to increase lip volume.
PRINCESS®Rich
The concentration of HA is 18 mg/ml.
Hyaluronic acid molecules here are associated with glycerol molecules, which adds greater viscosity to the drug compared to other biorevitalizants and increases the moisturizing effect. Metabolic processes are activated, cell resources are quickly restored.
Injected into the superficial and middle layers of the dermis for:
• intensive moisturizing of the skin, • elimination of small wrinkles - “crow's feet”, • toning and increasing the elasticity of the face, body, neck, hands, décolleté.
The optimal result is achieved no earlier than after three procedures, carried out with an interval of 3–3.5 weeks and lasts for at least 6 months.

PRINCESS®Contour
The densest product in the line. The concentration of HA is 20 mg/ml, stabilized by glycerol. It is used to restore the contours of not only the face, but also the body.
The effect of the injection lasts up to 10 months.
Procedure
The drug Princess Volum is injected under the skin with fairly thin needles, as a result of which the correction of any defects is carried out with real precision.
The result and its preservation over time are ensured for women with any skin type, so the product is considered universal.
The results usually last for quite a long time.
When a 27 G needle is used, the middle or deep dermal layers are affected: these are the folds in the nasolabial triangle, cheeks, chin - volume is restored. If the work is done on the lips, you can give them a beautiful contour and erase wrinkles in their corners.
Before starting manipulations, you need to consult a specialist to find out:
- what is the condition of the skin at the moment, its structure and the possibility of stretching, the presence of wrinkles, the degree of their severity - after this the required dosage of Princess Volume is determined;
- the specifics of the client’s body, the presence of problems with the immune system, individual intolerance to hyaluronate;
- previously used fillers and the area of their impact;
- medications used to treat certain diseases (and specifics of what is treated with these medications);
- predisposition of the skin to hypertrophic scarring.

The specialist determines the “front of work”, after which he selects the most optimal method of introducing the filler - a needle can be used, or a cannula with a rounded tip (for the area around the eyes). The client must be aware of all the manipulations that will be performed on them, as well as what he should do after the procedure.
Note! Before manipulation, it is forbidden to take medications that thin the blood - then the risk of bruising will be low (such drugs include, for example, aspirin).
The event must be carried out in cosmetology by an experienced specialist.
Some time before the procedure, the package with the drug and sterile syringes is brought to the cosmetology department and placed in the refrigerator. The packaging is opened only in front of the client. If desired, the person can be told how much of the drug will be used, and information about the expiration date and batch number is provided. Note! The injections do not require a preliminary allergy test, since the component used is absolutely similar to what is natural to the human body. In the case where the filler contains lidocaine, anesthesia is not performed. In other situations, conduction anesthesia, solutions, ointments and creams are used.

During the event:
- the “work front” is exposed to a disinfectant;
- correction of existing problems occurs with the help of pinpoint injections (this applies to tubercles), wrinkles are treated with a needle of the appropriate length and filled with the drug;
- The filler is distributed under the skin with a light massage.
If additional events are needed, they are carried out after a week and a half. In addition to introducing Princess Volum in parallel, there is also a perpendicular method. Due to this, a specific frame is formed, and the result is very noticeable.
After completing the manipulations, you should avoid cosmetic procedures for about a month that involve the use of various equipment; heat, light and ultrasound can have a negative effect.
You cannot undergo certain cosmetic procedures for a month.
How to prolong the effect of Princess fillers
After injections, you should not:
- drink plenty of fluids at night to avoid additional swelling;
- is in the sun;
- visit the fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, solarium;
- expose the skin to mechanical stress;
- use decorative cosmetics.
It is considered normal for minor redness, swelling, bruising, and painful sensations during touching to occur after the procedure. After a few days, all the unpleasant consequences disappear.
You can purchase Princess fillers yourself, but injecting yourself is not recommended . Injections into the middle and deep layers of the dermis without subsequent complications can only be performed by an experienced cosmetologist with an appropriate license.
Rehabilitation
You need to do the following:
- apply ice to the injection area;
- treat hematomas with medicinal ointments or creams prescribed by a cosmetologist.
Unacceptable:
- strain your facial muscles for 2-3 hours after filler injection;
- apply makeup for the first 2-3 days;
- press on the injection zones and massage;
- visit saunas and baths, beaches, swim in reservoirs for 8-10 days.

As we already mentioned, the event will take about half an hour (sometimes even less). During the manipulations, the product is placed in the desired areas, due to which the hyaluronate fills all the existing voids. We also talked about the fact that the drug used for the procedure is quite dense, so the cosmetologist will need to knead your skin a little so that the Princess Volume is correctly placed in the tissues.
Important! Only an experienced specialist should knead the skin after using the drug! Under no circumstances do anything like this yourself! Sometimes you can stretch your lips (if unevenness occurs), but before doing this you should ask a cosmetologist for advice.
Doing a facial massage on your own after the procedure is strictly not recommended.
