Products that worsen skin condition
Products containing large amounts of saturated and trans fats increase sebum production and increase its density. The mixture of sebaceous duct secretions and skin cells clogs the pores, forming open and closed comedones (blackheads).
Drinks and foods that have a negative effect on the liver, kidneys and intestines indirectly affect the condition of the skin. For example, with an abundance of proteins and a lack of fiber, breakdown products are partially excreted through the skin, which leads to inflammation and pimples.
The list of products that worsen skin condition includes:
- fatty meat (lamb, pork, duck, etc.);
- mayonnaise, fatty and hot sauces;
- chocolate and confectionery;
- baked goods, white bread;
- snacks, chips, crackers;
- fast food, semi-finished products;
- fried foods;
- smoked meats, fatty sausages, canned food;
- hot spices;
- coffee, black tea;
- alcoholic and sweet carbonated drinks.
To prevent acne, you need to limit your intake of saturated fats and simple carbohydrates (sugars).
Ice cream, nuts, cream, hard cheese and sour cream can be eaten in moderation.
Vitamin masks
The following masks are effective for getting rid of pimples and acne scars:
- Protein. Separate 1 egg white from the yolk, beat until foam forms and carefully add 1 tbsp. l. starch. Add 3 ampoules of aloe extract or 1 tsp. plant juice. Pour in 1 ml (ampoule) of tocopherol. Keep on skin for 20 minutes, then rinse with cool water.
- With dimexide. Mix 1 tbsp. l. kaolin with 1 tsp. diluted dimexide (1:1 or 1:2 with water). Add 2 tsp. low-fat sour cream (10%) until a comfortable consistency is obtained. Pour in 0.5 ml of an oil solution of tocopherol and retinol. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, remove with a damp sponge and wash.

- With kefir and honey. Mix 1-2 tbsp. l. kefir, 1 tsp. liquid honey, 0.5 tsp. lemon juice and 1 ml of thiamine (B1). Apply to face for 20 minutes, rinse with cool herbal decoction or water.

How to understand that the body lacks vitamins
The causes of acne can be hormonal disorders, complications of drug therapy, hereditary predisposition, poor diet and deficiency of nutrients. In women, acne and spot inflammation can occur during the premenstrual period and during pregnancy.
A lack of vitamins is manifested by the following symptoms:
- grayish, dull skin color;
- blackheads on the face and body (open comedones);
- age spots;
- cracks in the corners of the lips (jams);
- dry mucous membranes (eyes, mouth);
- white and reddish rashes;
- itching, irritation, peeling of the skin;
- frequent appearance of bruises, circles under the eyes;
- signs outside the skin: indigestion, nausea, muscle cramps, decreased visual acuity (night blindness), dandruff, hair loss, dry and brittle hair, yellowing of nails, the appearance of longitudinal stripes on the nail plates.
Most often, acne appears in areas rich in sebaceous and sweat glands: on the face, chest, back and scalp.
The cause of acne on the face can be either a hormonal imbalance or a lack of vitamins and microelements.
Rating of acne vitamins
In order to correctly evaluate the most effective drugs, we conducted a large study with the support of dermatologists and cosmetologists who shared their medical practice and the effectiveness of a particular product. We also conducted a series of personal tests, which assessed:
- Quick relief of symptoms;
- Combination with other drugs;
- Admissibility for various diseases;
- The presence of general contraindications;
- Side effects;
- Admissibility during pregnancy and lactation;
- Prevalence in different regions;
- Duration of admission;
- Multicomponent composition;
- The presence of a cumulative effect.
Additional help in the analysis were reviews from customers who were convinced from their own experience of the effectiveness of a particular product. The rating did not include complexes with an inflated price, only a preventive effect, and limited availability in various regions of the country.
What vitamins are best for acne?
The work we do helps narrow down the search for customers who struggle with acne on the face, back and throughout the body. This rating does not serve as a basis for treatment; first of all, we insist on using the recommendations of medical professionals. However, with the help of qualified specialists, we were able to find out the drugs that doctors most often prescribe and under what circumstances. Among them it is important to highlight:
- Aevit is a vitamin-rich complex that can be used as a general tonic;
- Solgar Skin, Nails and Hairs is a dietary supplement aimed at combating skin, nails and hair problems;
- Nicotinic acid (B3) – taken for microcirculation disorders in tissues;
- Ascorbic acid (C) – helps restore damaged tissues and reduces redness.
In conclusion, it is important to note that acne is often a consequence of a more serious disease. Do not take it lightly; seek medical help as soon as possible.
The best vitamin complexes for acne
Vitamin complexes for acne are primarily aimed at relieving the inflammatory process, restoring the vitamin-mineral balance, and reducing the production of sebaceous glands, which is the cause of acne. Complexes often contain vitamins A, B, C, E. In addition to the fact that they help fight the main problem, the functioning of the cardiovascular system and digestive tract is also improved, vision improves, and fatigue syndrome is reduced.
Aevit
The first on the list of nominees was a drug with a rich composition. The main component is retinol, prescribed by dermatologists for complex skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, and seborrhea. The action of the active component is aimed at restoring damaged tissues and forming collagen compounds. Additionally, the composition contains vitamin E, which acts as an anti-inflammatory component that enhances the effect of the drug, reducing the toxicity of vitamins A and D. Dermatologists warn that Aevit is incompatible with taking tetracycline-type antibiotics. Contraindications also include age less than 18 years, pregnancy and lactation. The drug should be abandoned in the presence of heart failure, chronic pancreatitis and cholecystitis. There are 30 capsules in a package, the price for them is from 50-80 rubles.
Advantages:
- Affordable price;
- Ubiquitous;
- Few adverse reactions;
- There are practically no contraindications.

A popular food supplement, sold in pharmacies as a dietary supplement, does not act as a drug in the fight against the causes of acne. This is worth considering when purchasing. More suitable as a preventive option that can keep the skin healthy. It contains vitamin C, which is necessary for the strength of blood vessels and the formation of collagen; zinc, which regulates the production of sebaceous glands; copper – prevents premature aging of the skin; methylsulfonylmethane - responsible for the elasticity of the epidermis. The complex is more suitable for girls, but does not limit admission to men. Contraindications include pregnancy and lactation, hypervitaminosis, and childhood.

Vitamins for women 30-40 years old
Women over 30 are exposed to constant stress related to raising children, careers, and there are more and more things to do. At the same time, the first health problems appear: for example, irregular nutrition at a young age can affect the condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Also at this age, expression lines appear, so it is important to provide the body with substances that improve skin condition. These are fat-soluble vitamins (A, B, E, C, B), collagen, zinc, sulfur, silicon, calcium and iron.
Experts recommend
- Velwomen is a foreign drug containing all the complex of useful substances necessary for the female body. The reproductive system, which after 30 years of age needs additional stimulation, will receive special support.

These same drugs are considered by experts as the best vitamins for women over 35 years of age.
You may not even know about a number of problems if the body has enough resources to deal with stress and more.
How to choose vitamins for acne
In order to choose the right treatment and not harm your body, you should consider some tips before taking it. They will also help prevent unnecessary spending.
The doctor's consultation
To understand which vitamins to take for acne, first of all you need to consult a doctor for medical help. Most likely, you will need to undergo a complete blood count, then a test for hormonal imbalances. After establishing an accurate diagnosis, the dermatologist will prescribe a comprehensive treatment.
Composition and presence of side effects
After a specialist prescribes certain drugs, it is worth studying their composition for contraindications, as well as all kinds of side effects. To begin with, you should not buy large packages; it is better to observe your body for several days. You need to be especially careful when taking it during pregnancy and lactation, since almost all vitamins from this group have contraindications.
Efficiency
Each human body has an individual structure. For some, some drugs are suitable, for others they do not provide any benefit. You can evaluate the effect after two weeks of use. If no positive reaction is observed, consult your doctor again.
Reviews
Customer reviews are not the basis for selection, but they are still worth studying before accepting. If they are predominantly positive, then this will serve as additional confirmation that you will throw money away and also avoid unpleasant consequences. Avoid purchasing drugs from unfamiliar companies on the Internet, even if they have positive reviews.
Is it enough to take vitamins against acne* on the body to treat acne?
Treatment of acne must be medicinal; just taking vitamins to combat acne is not enough. Usually, external therapy is sufficient to treat the initial stage of acne. Combined treatment is needed at the moderate and severe stages of acne. For severe forms of acne, the emphasis is on systemic therapy.18
The topical antibiotic Clindovit® is available in a convenient form (gel). It quickly penetrates the skin, where it exhibits its antimicrobial activity. The drug helps reduce the level of fatty acids in skin lipids. 6
It is important to start acne treatment in a timely manner, while there are still no inflammatory elements on the skin, which are one of the common causes of scar deformities. Only timely therapy can minimize the risk of age spots, scars and other types of secondary rashes.18
