The appearance of acne and age spots is a fairly common problem today. They can occur in both young girls and women. Acne (blackheads, pimples) is a skin disease characterized by inflammation and disruption of the sebaceous glands.

Acne scars, skin inflammation, exposure to ultraviolet light, and hormonal changes can cause skin pigmentation. Such formations spoil the appearance and are a signal that something in the body is not working correctly and you should definitely consult a doctor.

Acne removal

and laser pigmentation today is a simple, effective and painless method of getting rid of aesthetic problems. Dr. Novikov’s clinic has been successfully providing comprehensive treatment for pigmentation and acne for a long time.

Advantages of laser acne treatment at the Novikov Clinic

  • Safety.
During the procedure, the laser acts precisely and only on the problem area. This effect does not damage the integrity of the skin.
  • Low level of marks after the procedure.
When removed, tissue deformation does not occur; a crust forms in place, under which healthy skin subsequently forms, no different in appearance from other areas.
  • High efficiency.
It is 100% removed in a few sessions without reappearing.
  • Sterility.
The laser beam has a bactericidal effect.

When treating acne, the laser precisely affects inflammatory foci and kills bacteria, this allows you to quickly localize the inflammatory process and stop the further development of the disease and normalize the skin, without the formation of scars and post-acne. This treatment quickly and painlessly allows you to get rid of the defect in just a few procedures.

Safe Pore Cleaning

The mechanical cleaning procedure boils down to squeezing out blackheads from steamed skin. Many people carry out such cleansing at home, which can lead to dire consequences. Mechanical cleaning can be done correctly at home, but this will require careful disinfection, thoughtful preparation and special tools. A cosmetologist has tools, disinfectants, and experience in performing the procedure; this is the best option for those who need a good result without the risk of complications.

Removing blackheads on the face with ultrasound does not injure the skin: ultrasound waves destroy the structure of sebaceous plugs and push them out, where excess fat and dead cells are removed using peeling. Ultrasound not only helps clean pores, but also starts the process of cell regeneration; the procedures produce a rejuvenating effect.

Effect of the procedure:

An important distinguishing feature of the method is its high accuracy and bactericidal effect. The beam affects the cause of the disease - bacteria. The laser treats areas of inflammation and sterilizes inflamed tissue. The procedure has a cumulative effect. The condition of the skin will improve significantly after the first session, and after the course it will remain for a long time.

When treating pigmentation, the doctor examines pigment spots, selects the depth of exposure and intensity of laser radiation. During treatment, the laser beam penetrates only the area requiring correction without affecting healthy skin. Under the influence of the laser, the outer layer of the skin is renewed, cell restoration is enhanced and blood circulation improves.

Laser techniques are considered effective in cosmetology. Under the influence of the laser, the epidermis is renewed, cell regeneration is enhanced, and blood microcirculation is improved.

What is acne?

Acne

– this is the result of chronic inflammation of the sebaceous glands, caused by:

  • genetically predetermined level of secretory activity of the sebaceous glands;
  • hormonal imbalance;
  • hyperkeratosis.

Why does this unpleasant disease most often first make itself felt in adolescence? The fact is that during this period in the blood the content of sex hormones and adrenal androgens increases many times over, enhancing the work of the sebaceous glands. The sebum they produce is the most important element of the hydrolipid mantle of the dermis, which contains complex compounds of fatty acids, polyhydric alcohols, glycerin, cholesterol, and wax esters.

In itself, the increased secretion of skin secretion does not pose a danger, however, at the same time, at the mouths of the sebaceous ducts, the layer of corneocytes, dead epidermal cells, thickens, that is, hyperkeratosis occurs, making it difficult for sebum to come to the surface. Gradually, it accumulates more and more, and in this environment rich in lipids (fat-like substances), ropionibacterium acnes, bacteria that live in the microflora of the sebaceous glands, begin to actively multiply. They intensively produce lipase - an enzyme that breaks down glycerol into free fatty acids, the abundance of which further clogs the ducts, which ultimately leads to the formation of a plug - a comedon. Under comedones, staphylococci, streptococci and other pathogens of purulent infections thrive, easily penetrating the dermis when the protective barrier of the epidermis and its normal microflora is disrupted, as well as when immunity is reduced.

Manifestations of acne on the face and body

  • Increased sebum secretion, mainly in the so-called T-zone (forehead, nose, chin).
  • Primary non-inflammatory elements are various types of comedones: (whiteheads or milia, blackheads, microcysts, etc.).
  • Inflammatory lesions such as red bumps or papules and pustules (red around the periphery with a white head in the center).
  • Deep nodular skin lesions, stagnant spots and scars.

Combined with a spoon

A cosmetic spoon also allows you to speed up the process of removing open comedones:

  1. Before using both tweezers and a spoon, you need to steam your face.
  2. The less time passes from steaming to cleaning, the more effective the procedure will be.
  3. It is best to use a combination of these tools on flat surfaces - on the forehead, on the tip of the nose, on the cheeks.
  4. First, a spoon is placed on the skin - the hole in it should be located strictly above the selected pore.
  5. Then lightly press on the skin with a spoon - a comedone appears in the hole, which must be grabbed with tweezers and removed.

This simple cleaning can be done no more than once a week so as not to injure the fabric.

Tweezers only

Don't worry about how to squeeze out blackheads without a loop - only tweezers can remove unpleasant formations from the skin:

  1. Place the jaws of the instrument on the sides of the pore, not with the pricking part - not perpendicular, but parallel to the skin.
  2. Apply light pressure to the skin area.
  3. Remove the tool and install it above and below the same pore.
  4. Apply gentle pressure again.
  5. If the tip of the comedone does not appear above the surface of the skin, change the location again and apply pressure.
  6. When the rod comes out a little from its recess, remove the tweezers and grab the point with the sharp part and slowly pull it.
  7. Continue pulling until the point is completely out of the stock.
  8. Sterilize the instrument with a special product and move on to another pore.

IMPORTANT! You should not immediately press hard when trying to remove the point the first time - it is better to change the location of the tweezers several times and make cleaning less traumatic.

Cleaning Features

If you are cleaning your nose, it is better not to press on the skin with tweezers at all. Otherwise, you can damage the small blood network that runs in the subcutaneous fat.

To avoid this, it is recommended:

  1. Choose sharp tweezers.
  2. Use the ends of the tweezers to “pick up” the tip of the point on the nose and pull it.
  3. If part of the formation comes out, and part breaks off, you need to try to grab the remaining part with tweezers and pull it until it is completely removed.
  4. If you can’t pick up the tip, you can lightly press with a gloved finger near the selected area and try again to grab the desired formation with tweezers.
  5. After this, treat the glove with a disinfectant.

This technique is more gentle for thin areas.

Using a loop

If, in addition to tweezers, you have a tool with a loop at the end, you can use this combination to pull out blackheads even in hard-to-reach places:

  1. Place a loop behind the pore, as if wrapping it around it.
  2. Next, you need to gradually press the loop onto the skin so that the black dot protrudes from its bed and begins to rise above the surface.
  3. Grab the point with tweezers, but continue to press with the loop until you feel freedom under the black point.
  4. After this, you need to completely remove the blackhead using tweezers.
  5. Disinfect the instruments with the solution and repeat the procedure at another point.

IMPORTANT! The pressure should be gentle and gradual so as not to damage small vessels.
