Almost every woman who cares about the health of her own skin has a place in her cosmetic bag for one miracle product. We are talking about face cream. This is an individual assistant, without which full skin care is impossible.. However, in order to experience all the advantages of such caring cosmetics, it is important to be able to choose them correctly. Sometimes it’s really difficult to do this: the choice of creams in the store is huge, sometimes it’s unrealistic to settle on what will be useful. What types of them are there?

Ingredients
- 1 egg;
- 200 g sugar;
- 40 g corn starch;
- 400 ml milk;
- 100 g butter with a fat content of 82.5%;
- 200 g cream with 33% fat content.
Preparation
Whisk the egg with sugar and starch. Bring the milk to a boil and pour it into the egg mixture in a thin stream, trying to achieve homogeneity.
Place the pan with the resulting mass over medium heat and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Add softened butter and make the mixture smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a wide plate, cover with film and cool in the refrigerator. Then beat lightly with a mixer. Separately, bring the cream to a creamy consistency and combine with the custard mixture.
