Juvederm - what is this product, its composition and areas of application

The main component of various Juvederm fillers is synthetic hyaluronic acid of varying concentrations (densities). The substance is related to the natural structure. The following are used as additives:

lidocaine (for pain relief);
calcium salts (retain fluid);
phosphate buffer (prevents inflammation);
mannitol as an antioxidant.

All products are sold ready for injection: the package contains a syringe filled with gel and a spare sterile needle. The exact composition is indicated in the instructions.
